The sisters : the 116 000 Missing Children’s partner of the last film, Yamina Benguigui !

Today, Wednesday, June 30, is out in France on the new film by Yamina Benguigui, Sisters, with Isabelle Adjani, Rachida Brakni, Maïwenn, Hafsia Herzi, Faïza Guene, Rachid Djaïdani, Fettouma Bouamari, Djanis Bouzyani, Nabil Asli, Mabrouk Ferroudji.

The 116 000 Missing Children is a partner of this film that places at the heart of its narrative, the issue of parental child abduction is cross-border. This problem disregarded for yet many families in France. In fact, by 2020, nearly 532 parental child abduction have been reported to the police, and gendarmerie.

Synopsis : For thirty years, three sisters franco-algerian, Zorah, Nohra and Djamila live in the hope of finding their brother Rheda, abducted by their father and hidden in Algeria. Then they learn that the father is dying, they decide to go all three meet in Algeria in the hope that it would reveal to them where is their brother. Then begins to Zorah and her sisters in a race against the clock in Algeria, where rises the winds of the revolution.
